  • Rub the inner part of a peel of a papaya on your face. Leave it to dry. Then wash your face with water.
  • Grind 50 grams (around half a cup) of cabbage and extract the juice. Apply this on your face. Let it dry. Then wash with cold water and wipe dry. It gives you tighten skin and prevents wrinkles. 
  • Rub the inner part of an apple’s peel on your face. After it dries, wash your face with cold water. This helps tighten your skin.

  • Make a paste with fuller’s earth and lime juice and massage onto scalp. Leave for 30 minutes then wash off. Repeat this every week to prevent recurrence of the problem.
  • Mix 2 tablespoons of green gram powder with ½ cup curd and wash your hair with this twice a week.

Natural Home Remedy for Headache



Headache is characterized by pain in forehead, in the head, upper neck etc. The main sign of this is uncomfortable and pain in different spots in the body. The major reason of headache is stress and tension.

Natural Home Remedies for Headache:
  • A good massage on your head with coconut oil gives immediate relief from headache.
  • Make a cup of tea with ginger, cumin and coriander seeds. Take it as a drink at anytime in a day.
  • To get relief from headache causes by common colds, drink a decoction of coriander and sugar.
  • Make a paste of clove and salt crystals to drink it.
  • Placing a warm washcloth over your eyes and leaving the compress on for half an hour.
